HOUSERULES

1. Clothing Policy

Wearing swimwear is not permitted, except on our specially designated swimwear-allowed days.

The following Tuesdays are swimwear days (swimwear mandatory):
• 23 December
• 6 January
• 3 February
• 3 March

Opening hours on these days: 10:00 – 22:00. Bath slippers are mandatory in all walking areas. In the saunas and steam cabin, slippers are not worn for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Hygiene & Personal Food/Drinks

Showering is mandatory before using the saunas, pools and other baths. After each sauna session, showering is also mandatory before entering the water.

In the sauna cabins, it is required to sit with your entire body on a towel for hygiene reasons. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Water bottles or other liquids are not permitted in the saunas.

3. Peace & Respect

To ensure a peaceful environment, mobile phones, smartwatches and other electronic devices are only allowed in the reception area. After entering through the glass door, using a phone is strictly prohibited.

Taking photos and filming is not allowed anywhere in the wellness complex to protect the privacy of all guests. If you keep your phone with you after being asked to store it in a locker, the next step will be removal from the complex, with the outstanding balance still due. We want every guest to feel safe, and in a nude environment we do not allow phones.

If you must be reachable due to personal circumstances, you may leave your phone at reception or provide our phone number so we can personally notify you if you receive a call (ask reception for instructions). Silence in saunas and relaxation areas is highly appreciated, guests come to the sauna for peace and relaxation.
